I recently stayed at a charming hostel in a beautiful Colombian town. The location is ideal, situated on a quiet street but still within walking distance to the center. The rooms are lovely, and some even offer great views. The staff is helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hostel has a fantastic terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sunset. The only drawback was the occasional lack of hot water.

The hostel is comfortable with a good location, friendly staff, and common areas for socializing. The host Gerard helps organize activities and offers the chance to win prizes. There is a hot shower, kitchen available, and a nice view from the terrace.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hostel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice decoration. the community areas were inviting and had a terrace with hammocks and a great view. the bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. They offered a breakfast option at a small price, which was a bowl of fruits and cereals. the wifi was surprisingly fast. the kitchen was basic but sufficient. it was great value for money.

Felt at home, nothing to complain about.

The property is well-maintained, with great accommodations and an attentive owner. Laundry facilities are available on-site. The nightly rate is affordable, and there are tour and experience options presented in multiple languages. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the town and surrounding hills. The owner provides excellent experiences, such as sightseeing, horseback riding, and exploring waterfalls. a perfect place for adventurers.

Felt like a part of the family, no complaints. The staff and cats were fantastic, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, shops, and archaeological sites within walking distance. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

The hostel is conveniently located near the main park and market, making it easy to explore the area. The terrace offers a great view of the surroundings, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff is friendly and helpful, organizing tours and providing information about the local attractions. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with attention to detail in the interior design.

The constant noise from the street and nearby bar cafe may disturb those seeking a quiet evening or early night's rest.

I recently stayed at Hostal Bambu for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always going the extra mile. The hostel itself had a unique set-up with different levels and a rooftop area with hammocks, perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, including the showers with warm water and great pressure. They also offered free drinking water and well-equipped kitchens. it was a comfortable and highly recommended place to stay.

    Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a floor-level bedroom facing the street, very loud during the night. the comfortable beds, small lockers for valuables, and convenient power outlets made our stay enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and the hostel had excellent facilities like a fully equipped kitchen and hot water in the showers.

I had a great stay at a family-run hostel in a central location. The owner was friendly and took the time to show me around, making me feel at home. The hostel had a nice sociable atmosphere and the common areas were great for meeting other travelers. The breakfast, although not included, was definitely worth paying for. I also appreciated the option to book tours through the hostel, made exploring the area much easier. I highly recommend this hostel for its friendly staff, central location, and sociable atmosphere.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the friendly and social atmosphere of this hostel. The staff was very helpful and provided great information about the area. I also liked that the hostel offered a variety of tours at reasonable prices, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. the terrace was a nice place to relax and meet other travelers.

One major drawback was the lack of a spot to hang wet towels. It would have been convenient to have a designated area to hang them up after using the showers.
